Starts with 'J'. This is a bit harder to showcase straight up, but peripherally I think so. So, my choice today is the Garden State, New Jersey. I go way back for my first three Jersey pics, vacations on the Atlantic on the barrier island of Brigantine - in a day where lots of independent motels existed, not like today where everything is a time share. However, the briny air and crashing waves still remain to this day :)

A nice post, Ralph. It was really nice that your family could go to the beach often. Ours was an hour an a half drive so we didn't go just real often. The winter scenes are refreshing too. We just have rain here.

ReplyDeleteYou have such great vintage family photos - what fun! The moonrise is beautiful. We've got the extreme cold right now also - it is again about -15 Fahrenheit today, and the wind is bitter. Snowstorm due Tuesday. Ugh. I've had enough!
