Ruby Tuesday Too - Ruby Shrimp

Red is among my favorite colors, and Ruby Tuesday Too is a fine place to show that. The meal is mundane, shrimp and pasta, but the plate and diced tomatoes are a delicious expression of ruby. Oh, the food was good too!
